The Online registration will be unavailable this Friday, April 26, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. to Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to facilitate a system upgrade.

If your child is entering Kindergarten, please visit this page before registering.

Online Registration:

IMPORTANT: Please use a computer, laptop or Chromebook when completing the online registration form.

Parents/guardians can register online at https://hwcdsb.myontarioedu.ca/

First time users: If you have never enrolled a child with the HWCDSB, you will first need to create an account to access the Online Registration web page. Please see HWCDSB Online Registration Parent Process for instructions on requesting an account.

Step 1 - Locate your child's home school
Please use the school locator tool to locate your home school.

Step 2 - Create a Parent Account on the HWCDSB Online Registration Portal

Step 3 - Complete and submit the Online Registration Form for the school year you wish to register your child

Step 4 - Registration Appointment
Once your Registration Form has been reviewed, you will receive an e-mail asking you to make a registration appointment with the school.

Elementary French Immersion

Bienvenue! There are five elementary schools in which the French Immersion program is offered from Kindergarten to Grade 8:

St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Elementary School
St. Eugene Catholic Elementary School
St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School
St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Elementary School
Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Elementary School

The French Immersion program begins in Year 2 of Kindergarten. Students usually complete Year 1 of Kindergarten at their local, neighbourhood school. Transportation to and from the French Immersion school is provided at the student’s home school.
