Principal's Welcome Message
"Happy New Year" EVeryone!
As I embark on my third year now as Principal here at St. Paul CES, I am pleased to share two important events that will be taking place this year during our 2025-2026 academic school year. Firstly, the school will be under renovation with our new extension and second floor addition. More information to follow. As well, we will be celebrating our 40 Years Anniversary from when our school first opened in 1985.
St. Paul Catholic School is located on the East end of the Hamilton escarpment in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Our school population consists of about 465 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade Eight. We provide opportunities for success in learning for all students within a Christ-centred community. Our motto "We love, we grow, we serve together." reminds us that like our patron St Paul, we are each called to follow Christ's example of love and service.
We are blessed at St. Paul school with a warm, welcoming, supportive and collaborative community. Our staff and Catholic School Council, in conjunction with Father Andrew and our parish staff, provide our students with a variety of activities and liturgical/sacramental celebrations. We continue to strengthen the partnership of home, school and parish as the school year unfolds.
Many thanks to our Catholic School Council whose members give tirelessly of their time and talents to ensure that all of our students are provided with many activities and resources that help them to grow spiritually, academically, physically and emotionally. We are all privileged to be a part of such a vibrant and caring community.
As the year unfolds, let us continue to work together keeping communication between home and school open and honest. It is through this partnership that we will be able to provide the best possible experiences for our students, so that they may continue to grow in faith, character and academic excellence.
May God guide and bless our Catholic school community always.
